Each quarter, YMC-A highlights a person's background, recent achievements, and their "personal story" in a brief editorial, which will be featured through the YMC-A's email distribution list, LinkedIn Group, and this website.

Qualifications for nominees:​

• Nominee is 35 years old or younger

• Member of YMC-A or interested in joining in the aviation industry

• Has not been previously featured in the Member Spotlight

• Self-nominations are acceptable
